Lisa believes that health and fitness are the keys to living in balance. When we energize and strengthen our bodies we enhance the clarity of our minds; we positively impact our personal and professional relationships and we invigorate our daily lives!

Lisa Floe is a BC Recreation and Parks registered Personal Trainer and Classically trained Pilates Instructor who operates her studio in Deep Cove. Lisa continues to upgrade, offering the most up to date programs; most recently completing her Pre/Post-Natal specialization, Postural Assessment for Spinal Health, Advanced Pilates Repertoire and Pilates with props.

Love of the outdoors has been a lifetime passion for Lisa, whose fitness beginnings included competitive ski racing and equestrian riding. Lisa continues to participate in triathlons, snowshoe running, trail running, hockey and mountain biking.

Lisa's aim is to create enjoyable and challenging programs that help her clients achieve their fitness goals and physical potential.
